Gothic fairy-tale queens are a huge subject of inspiration for my final bloody Mary look. They always have a 'gothy' essence to them and are always beautifully made up. To gain as much inspiration as I could I watched Snow-white and the Huntsman as well as the original Walt Disney snow-white cartoon version.
I think its a great concept in the film how the evil Queen Ravenna has an obsession with staying youthful and beautiful. I want to take that concept and apply it to my final images. My version of bloody Mary has that fixation with staying beautiful and steals the beauty of any girl that calls for her in the mirror.
